We ship via UPS. We do not ship to APO or FPO. As soon as orders are received, processing begins. Orders payed for with a credit card, Google Checkout, or *PayPal are usually shipped on the next day (not including weekends and holidays). Orders paid for with a personal check will be shipped after the check clears (approximately 7 to 14 days). Allow up to 10 days for shipping. If after 10 days your order has not arrived, contact us and we will track the package. The customer is responsible for all "delivered" packages. This includes packages left at the door/porch by shipper or signed for by anyone at shipping destination, also any packages sent Postal to any P.O. Boxes. Sorry, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

Warranty Policy: We guarantee all Security products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 30 days (Manufacturer's Warranty may be longer) after the customer has received the product(s). We will replace or repair the defective product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
Return / Refund Policy: REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM Wynn Distributing WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S). All non-defective products received must be returned 100% complete, in resalable condition, including original, unmarked packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards (if any) and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be charged unless the return is due to our error. Please allow up to 30 days for all refunds.
